Temptation and talking animals: Wandering in the Word - February 26, 2023

This week is the first Sunday in Lent and the Gospel story is from Matthew 4:1-11 about Jesus being tempted in the wilderness and the story from Genesis about Eve and Adam eating the forbidden fruit. So today we are talking about "What voice do you listen to?" and discuss why you should probably not listen to any talking animal!

Today is everyone's favorite liturgical celebration: "Transfiguration Sunday"! That may be a bit of a stretch, since a lot of us may not even remember what that story is all about!
